Transition to Eversports, and FAQ

The time has finally come for Iron Forest Studio to leave our previous booking system and move to Eversports! What a crazy ride that past year had been. Before all, I want to express how grateful I am for all of you my dear students! You made 2023 a year that will not be forgotten. So much growth happened for both you and me! We experienced new things together, like expanding our teacher group, new classes and various events. We also had our first Open Day and first student & teacher performance show!

Today I wanted to update you all on the topic of a booking system migration we are undergoing right now.

Currently I am in the process of transferring all the data to Eversports. You can use Bsport to book your classes that take place only until end of this week - 17 January 2024. After that time you can remove Bsports app and instead use your Eversports account.

What can you expect during the transition period?

  • Temporary Interruption:

  • During the transition, there might be a brief period where the online booking system will be temporarily unavailable. I appreciate your patience during this time as I am busy working to make the necessary updates.

  • Communication:

  • Stay tuned for regular updates through our official communication channels—email, social media, Whatsapp group chat and our website. There I will keep you informed about the timeline, any potential downtimes, and when the new system will be up and running.

  • Where to Book: Currently you can only book classes with Bsport that take place till Saturday 17 February. Once the transition is complete on Sunday 18 February, we will use only Eversports. Soon you'll find the new booking system right here on our website. The process will be user-friendly, and you'll be able to easily navigate through classes, schedules, and make reservations at your convenience. You can always opt for booking via Eversports app which you can find in the app store on your phone.

To address any potential concerns or questions you may have, I've compiled a list of FAQs.

Will my existing bookings be transferred?

  • Absolutely! All your existing bookings will seamlessly transfer to the new system. 1) If you had a valid class card that had an expiry date longer than 19 January 2024, you will find your card in the new booking system with the original date of purchase and available class credit number adjusted accordingly. 2) If you purchased a Winter Term membership, you will have a temporary card that resembles the currently used membership with a number of credits adjusted accordingly. For clean transition and administration purposes, these memberships are extended an additional week with extra week's worth of class entries added to your account, and will expire on 3 March, so make sure you use up your extra credits before that date!

How do I create an account on the new platform?

  • If you are our current stdudent and had an account at Bsport, you should by now receive an email with invitation to the new platform.

  • If you are a new student, head straight to Eversports app/website, make an account there and find Iron Forest Studio in their search bar! In order to avoid complications, it is best that you join classes that take place from Monday 19 January, which you can book using Eversports already.

  • If you are eager to start before that day, please send an email ( or a whatsapp message to me (+31682046727) so I can manually book you in. Thank you for your understanding!

  1. What if I encounter issues during the transition?

  • I will be available to assist you. Feel free to reach out via email or phone, and I will solve all the issues .

When can I purchase new memberships? New revamped memberships will be available for purchase from 4 March! Currently they are not appearing in the system so that you don't accidently purchase it and overlap it with your current Bsport membership. Here you can already see how they will look like! :)
