The most recent version will be valid and this one will always be available for reading at the website.

PERSONAL DATA

BOOKINGS AND MISSED CLASS POLICY

You must be booked into class in advance to guarantee a spot in the class. You can book into classes via Eversports.

All memberships, classes and class packages are non-refundable.

Because we are a small business and there is often high demand for our classes, we must enforce a strict cancellation, no-show and tardiness policy. There are absolutely no refunds given for missed classes or late cancellations. You can cancel your class via Eversports app or our website up to 10 hours before the start of your class which will allow you to reallocate that class. After this time however cancellations will be classed as ‘late cancel’. We save a space for you in the class you booked and it is your responsibility to ensure you attend.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive after the class start time, you will not be able to join the class under any circumstances. You will be considered a "Late Cancel" and result in forfeiture of the class.

Whilst we realise lateness is sometimes outside of anyone's control, it is our duty to ensure your safety in class and therefore the attendance of the full warm up is mandatory. Please make sure you leave enough time for potential traffic or other issues when travelling to the studio. If you are late, then you are missing the most important part of the class. The warm-up increases muscle efficiency, reduces potential for injuries, and prepares your body for the movements being performed in class. Your health and safety is our number one priority, therefore, this policy must be enforced.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Valid for all the regular group classes.

  • With automatic renewal every month. Minimum runtime is two months.

  • Unused credits will be transferred and made available for class bookings in the subsequent weeks, provided that the membership remains valid and the class cancellation adheres to our 10-hour late-cancel policy.

  • Upon termination of the membership, any unused credits as of the termination date will expire and are non-reimbursable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to make the most of your membership benefits before its conclusion.

  • During the summer break, all memberships will be automatically paused and resumed in September. Specific dates for the summer break will be communicated on our website www.ironforest.store.

  • If you plan to be away for more than two weeks outside of the summer break period, you have the option to pause your membership for a fee of 10EUR. To do so, please send an email to info@ironforest.store at least a week before the desired pause date.

  • A one-month cancellation rule applies - cancellations should be requested one month in advance.

  • In the event of a failed automatic payment, a 5 euro fee will be incurred in addition to the monthly payment. This fee covers the exact amount we need to pay Eversports when each automatic payment fails. To avoid this extra charge, please ensure sufficient funds in your bank account. We recommend emailing us first if you have any questions regarding the payment.

  • If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription in the future to prevent double charges, kindly send us an email before the 28th of the month, and we will process the change for you. The adjustment will take effect in the following month.

  • Iron Forest Studio reserves the right to pause memberships during holiday breaks or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

 ABSENCE & VACATIONS

Iron Forest Studio may be closed on bank holidays and may have an adapted schedule in the holiday periods. Adapted schedules and cancellations will be announced in advance on the website and/or by e-mail.
When a client has a long-term illness or injury, Iron Forest Studio may consider a temporarily stop of a membership or class package, when they can submit a Doctor’s statement.

If you book with membership, when you plan to be away for more than two weeks outside of the summer break period, you have the option to pause your membership for a fee of 10EUR. To do so, please send an email to info@ironforest.store at least a week before the desired pause date.
