You must be booked into class in advance to guarantee a spot in the class. You can book into classes via Bsport.

All memberships, classes and class packages are non-refundable.

Because we are a small business and there is often high demand for our classes, we must enforce a strict cancellation, no-show and tardiness policy. There are absolutely no refunds given for missed classes or late cancellations. You can cancel your class via Bsport app or our website up to 12 hours (single classes or class cards) or 8 hours (studio members) before the start of your class which will allow you to reallocate that class. After this time however cancellations will be classed as ‘late cancel’. We save a space for you in the class you booked and it is your responsibility to ensure you attend.

If you arrive after the class start time, you will not be able to join the class under any circumstances. You will be considered a "Late Cancel" and result in forfeiture of the class.

Whilst we realise lateness is sometimes outside of anyone's control, it is our duty to ensure your safety in class and therefore the attendance of the full warm up is mandatory. Please make sure you leave enough time for potential traffic or other issues when travelling to the studio. If you are late, then you are missing the most important part of the class. The warm-up increases muscle efficiency, reduces potential for injuries, and prepares your body for the movements being performed in class. Your health and safety is our number one priority, therefore, this policy must be enforced.

Memberships remain active for a set period of 14 weeks (Full Term) or 7 weeks (Mini Term) counting from the first day of given Term stated on our website;

Iron Forest Studio does not offer refunds or transfers for unused/expired credits. Please understand that it is your responsibility to book and attend your classes before they expire. We have a strict policy and do not offer refunds or expiry extensions for unused or expired memberships once purchased. We specifically save a space for you in the class you booked in for and it is your responsibility to attend your classes.

In special cases however (injury, long-term sickness or pregnancy) if you wish to request to cancel classes and/or extend the expiry of your Membership, we require a medical certificate or other documentation. We will consider and review your situation, and we may extend your credits if we consider it appropriate in the circumstances.

Please note that you will still need to purchase a current Membership as normal for the new term, your unused credits from the term before will be extended as extra credits to use over the course of the new term.

Iron Forest Studio may be closed on bank holidays and may have an adapted schedule in the
holiday periods. This will not lead to a reduction or refund of membership fees. Adapted schedules and cancellations will be announced in advance on the website and/or by e-mail.
When a client has a long-term illness or injury, Iron Forest Studio may consider a temporarily stop of a membership or class package, when they can submit a Doctor’s statement.
The client may request to freeze the contract when they go on holiday. Freezing the contract will only be possible with a 12 months membership and only for the duration of 1 calendar month. Requests for freezing the contract must be made by e-mail at at least 2 weeks in advance.

During this suspension period, members will be duly notified, and appropriate adjustments or compensatory measures may be implemented at the studio's discretion.
