SHIPPING POLICY

NETHERLANDS

 

FLAT SHIPPING RATE €5,95 for orders under  €100. From €100 shipping is FREE.

We ship with either DHL or PostNL and orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days of being dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to your order.

BELGIUM, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG

FLAT SHIPPING RATE €7,95 for orders under  €150. From €150 shipping is FREE.

We ship with either DHL or PostNL and orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days of being dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to your order.

REST OF EUROPE

FLAT SHIPPING RATE €9,95 for orders under  €200. From €200 shipping is FREE.

We ship with either DHL or PostNL and orders usually arrive within 7-10 working days of being dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you want to return your order, please:

1. Email us with a note of your order number to tell us you would like to make a return.

2. Put the items back in the original packaging and send it safely and with the correct postage to Anna Krystek, Laan van Vollenhove 1809, 3706 GK Zeist.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know that you would like to return an item. Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please do not remove any tags. If an item is not in it’s original condition you will not be eligible for a refund. Sale items are not usually eligible for a refund unless faulty. For clothing, accessories and shoes, you may try the item on at home but the items must not have been worn outside or for longer than just trying them on to be eligible to make a return.

Please note, we are unable to pay the postage cost for a returned item, unless faulty and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not be able to process a return that doesn't reach us safely in the post.

Within 10 working days of receiving your return we will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund your refund will processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Unfortunately, currently we are not able to process exchanges. We would advise to return an item and submit a new order.

FAULTY ITEMS

We hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition and that you are very happy with it. If however an item arrives to you and it is faulty, please email us at celadonheart@gmail.com stating your order number and the nature of the fault, photographs are also helpful if you can provide them. For eligible faulty items will arrange for a refund or exchange.

OUT OF STOCK

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. This is because the items sold on our website are handmade and unique, we do not have suppliers that are factories or warehouses but individuals and small businesses. (This also means sometimes products they may very slightly from the image shown in pattern or colour).

PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders are any orders that contain items on-site that are not yet in stock, whose delivery date is set in the following weeks/months.

On our website you can order a selection of items before they are available. All items of this type can be identified by the PRE-ORDER badge visible on both the product listing and product pages.

Iron Forest Store cannot be held accountable for any delays, cancellations or variations on pre-order items during the production phase. In case the items in pre-order fail in delivery, Iron Forest Store will proactively assist you and refund the full amount.
