Welcome to the Forest!

So… you’re thinking about trying pole. Yey!
Maybe you’ve been curious for a while, maybe you’ve been stalking videos online, or maybe this is a completely spontaneous idea.

Either way, you’re in the right place!

Here we will guide you through your very first steps.
Not just how to book a class, but what it actually feels like, what to expect, and how to start in a way that feels good :)

1. Pick your course!

Hi pole bunny! Nice to have you ❤︎

Choose from our various pole dance courses, on heels and barefoot. But what's the difference between them?

pole dance intro course - here you will learn your basic spins, sits and climbs, as well as first easy but elegant sequences. You are welcome barefoot (though we will always  welcome pole shoes in class!)
heels pole intro course - though the material you will learn here is very similar to our pole dance intro course, here we introduce more choreography elements, and musicality exercises. You don't need to already know how to dance! We will ease you into it with slow, flowy sequences.
Some techniques are easier done in special pole high heels, but socks will work great too!

A tiny note on cancellations

Keep in mind that due to the nature of this offer being a closed group course, we cannot offer rescheduling, make-up classes, or refunds for missed sessions. Please plan your attendance in advance to make the most of each lesson <3

What's the course starting date?

The course runs when we collect the minimum amount of participants. When booking you will see a suggested planned start date, but you will always receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL a week before the given estimate date.
In case we don't have sufficient sign ups, the start date will be postponed to the next available date (usually a week later). Your booking will remain the same amount of classes and will automatically be moved to the new course date, and we will inform you by email as soon as the new date is confirmed.

2. book your SPOT

After making your choice of the course , you should secure your spot in the group :)
To do that, make an Eversports account (our booking system) - you can do it in the browser or download their app on your phone.
Account created? Perferct, then go over the tab "COURSES", pick the one you want and complete the purchase!
The buttons below will guide you there too:

3. what to pack?

For most classes, all you need is:

  • sports bra

Especially rings and bracelets which could damage the pole (and get scratched themselves too!)

4. ARRIVAL

You're now booked and packed, and the only thing left is to show up to class!

Find us on 5th floor  at Noordse Bosje 15, under the big roof with pillars. Our door is next to Goody Food store, so if you're having a hard time finding the entrance, search for this shop! :)

Please arrive min. 10 minutes before your class starts - keep in mind you need to still change your outfit, maybe use the toilet, and it's best not to rush!
We have a strict door policy - our teachers will open the doors in 10min window before class and due to safety measures they cannot keep them open after class starts.
