Rock your first time at the studio!

  1. Head to https://www.ironforest.store/newschedule

  2. Take a look at the current/upcoming Term timetable, choose and count the classes you’d like to join on a weekly basis.

  3. In the schedule, find the first session of your class and select ‘book now.’ You will be prompted to fill in your details and make your purchase to secure your booking.

  4. Choose the pricing plan that suits you - you can choose between Class Cards or become a member for the duration of one Term.

  5. After selecting your plan, fill in your payment details and finalise the transaction.

  6. After confirming your payment and booking, go back to the booking page and book into ALL other classes you plan to attend for the rest of the term.

We understand that this may be tedious, but doing this will ensure that you don’t miss out in any future classes as they fill up. We VERY HIGHLY recommend booking into the same class each week so you can work with your teacher to achieve your goals. You must book into a class at least an hour in advance. Bookings will close an hour before the class begins.

  7. If you would like to cancel or reschedule a class, simply log on to the website and cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance (if you book with class cards) or 8 hours in advance (if you are a Member). This will automatically credit the class back to you so you can simply book another time – no message to Iron Forest Studio needed.

  8. Please note: Passes must be used within the term it is purchased and cannot be rolled over to the next term. All Memberships will expire 14 weeks after their start date (seven weeks for Mini Terms) and any unused classes left at that time will no longer be redeemable.

We are so excited for you trying out our classes at Iron Forest Studio!

Whether you are a seasoned pole dancer or you want to give it a shot for the first time, there are some tips & tricks on how to make it an amazing experience ;)

SKIP HEAVY CREAM/BODY OIL THE NIGHT BEFORE

Good skin grip is crucial for a good training. To prevent slipping and sliding excessively, try not to use heavy body oils or creams the day/night before training. Best to leave them for right after the training ;)

That doesn't mean you cannot moisturise your body at all! Actually, overly dry skin (especially in colder months) can also cause lack of grip on the pole. We suggest using light and quickly absorbing products that do not leave residue on the skin, for example aloe vera gel.

TAKE OFF YOUR JEWELRY

Please remember to take off your rings before training, to prevent damage to the studio equipment as well as your jewelry and skin.
We also recommend taking off long necklaces and hoop earrings for your safety :)
